Natural Beauty – black and white photography book

This illustrated book is a homage to the natural beauty of women. After all these years of photography, I couldn’t get rid of the idea of wanting to show my view of naturalness in a book. The photographs were taken between 2016 and 2019 and have not been retouched. These pictures show real people in their natural beauty.

Some shots show internationally active models, who usually stand in front of the camera with perfect make-up. They all let me photograph them as part of the NATURAL BEAUTY project. In my productions, I almost completely dispensed with make-up. Mascara was used on a few shots to give the eyes more attention.

In our world full of ideals of beauty, trends and social perfectionism, I want to show with my photo book that women don’t have to hide behind a mask to be beautiful. I appeal to all women: Take courage and show your naturalness.

The book is a “limited first edition” with a maximum of 100 copies.
